When it comes to the construction of the blade, you can choose between different steel options, such as C70 carbon steel, valued for its excellent sharpness, ease of honing, and traditional character, or 14C28N stainless steel, known for its superior corrosion resistance, durability, and consistently high cutting performance. Each steel type offers distinct advantages, allowing you to select the one that best fits your intended use and personal preference.
